INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Client and counsellor sessions aim to enhance the individual's mental health and mental wellness. Lisa works with youth (ages 12-17) and adults. A variety of approaches are incorporated, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Lisa works with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress.
